Shirts and More is owned and founded by Derek Harpe, a NRLCA member for over 20 years. As an actual Rural Carrier in North Carolina it was frustrating not being able to have a uniform other than standard issue USPS shirt. Shirts and More was founded to help solve this problem by creating individualize state logos and adding a bit more color and variety than normal blue USPS uniform, much like the city carriers wear. Our mission is to make the uniformed Rural Carrier look as sharp and professional as possible while staying within a carriers budget.
